Super Easy Chocolate Mousse

  • chocolate
  • nutmeg
  • ricotta cheese
    2 c
  • salt
    1 pinch
  • semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
    4 oz
  • sugar
    3 Tbsp
  • vanilla ice cream
    1 small ball

    Place ricotta cheese into a food processor .

    Process until smooth.

    Gradually add sugar to ricotta while continuing to process, and add salt .
    sugar: 3 Tbsp, salt: 1 pinch

    Stream in semi-sweet chocolate (melted) while continuing to process, scraping down the sides as necessary.

    Serve with vanilla ice cream and freshly grated chocolate and nutmeg .
